1. Scope

This policy describes only how the VITA FITNESS CLUB website (vitaclubfitness.com) works and the data processed through its contact form. Any information that may be collected in person at the gym, at sign-up, follows its own rules and is not described here.

2. Data collected

When a visitor fills in and submits the website's contact form (Agadir, Settat or Contact page), the following information is sent:

• full name;
• phone number;
• email address;
• gym concerned (Agadir or Settat);
• goal (optional);
• message;
• consent, given by checking the dedicated box (never pre-checked).

No other data is requested by this form. Please do not include any medical or health information in your message.

3. Purpose and recipients

Information sent through the contact form is used only to:

• respond to your request;
• route your message to the relevant gym;
• contact you back;
• follow up on your request.

Depending on the gym you select, your message is sent to:

• Vita Club Agadir: [email protected]
• Vita Club Settat: [email protected]

This form is managed by a single company, VITA FITNESS CLUB: only the message is routed to the address of the facility you selected.

4. Technical providers

The technical delivery of forms is handled by Resend. The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. These providers process data only to deliver the message and run the website, in line with their own privacy policies.

5. Data sharing

Your data is never sold or rented to third parties. It is shared only with the technical providers necessary for the form and the website to work, listed above.

6. Cookies and trackers

Vita Club does not directly set any advertising cookies. Some third-party services embedded in the website, in particular Google Maps and the site's technical infrastructure, may however use their own technologies, in accordance with their respective policies.

7. Third-party services embedded in the website

• Google Maps: a map is embedded on the Agadir, Settat and Contact pages to show the gyms' locations. This service is provided by Google, which may collect technical data under its own privacy policy, independent of VITA FITNESS CLUB's.
• WhatsApp and Instagram: links to these services appear on the website, but nothing loads automatically — they only open when a visitor clicks them, taking them to third-party platforms governed by their own rules.

8. Data retention

Information sent through the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to process and follow up on your request, subject to any applicable legal obligations.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data sent through the contact form by writing to [email protected].
